Subaru’s First Motorcycle?

This story has been circulating around several motorcycle-related blog and websites, and although it hasn’t been confirmed by Subaru, we’d found it interesting enough to share it with you. Word has it that the prototype you’re seeing in the image is powered by a 50 HP strong, water-cooled, single-cylinder engine, originally developed from Fuji Heavy Industries (Subaru’s parent company) to be used in quad bikes. The motorbike’s aluminium chassis is built in China to keep costs down. -Continued after the jump
